The aim of Beef Up November is for everyone in town to indulge in the best beef dishes that Hong Kong has to offer, including options from steakhouses, hotpots, casual dining, and sustainable & green restaurants.

Do I need to register to reserve the Discount / Offer Voucher?
No, you don’t need to register an account or have a membership in order to make a reservation via the “Beef Up November” website. You may also open an account with your registered email to check your reservation and redemption record.
How many times can I use the Discount / Offer?
After reservation of a discount/offer voucher from the Beef Up November website, you will receive a confirmation email from our system within 10 minutes. This will contain a link to access your discount/offer voucher. Customer may also login their account by registered email. To redeem, simply present your discount/offer vouchers at the restaurant and confirm redemption by restaurant staff.
How many times can I use the Discount / Offer?
Each Discount / Offer voucher can only be used once. Customers may reserve additional vouchers on the “Beef Up November” website if needed.
What should I do if the restaurant cannot enter a password or complete the redemption process after presenting the Discount / Offer Voucher?
You can refresh the website and try again. If it fails to load, the restaurant can register the customer’s order number and order details and call the organiser to confirm. If unsuccessful, the restaurant can also arrange for the customer to enjoy their meal first and call or email the organiser within 24 hours.
